For reasons unknown to us Paul Hayton said thus to mark lewis:
as long as your Win7 can run DOS programs, it should be
fine... the underlying disk format doesn't come into play...
that's all transparent to most programs... just don't try to
use long file names... 8.3 is still the restriction ;)
I figured I keep Win7 as 32bit to be on the safe side as well.
FWIW Paul, I run FastEcho here under windows 7 32 bit with no problems at all.
It's been rock solid for me.
