    From Joe Bruchis@1:3828/12 to all on Friday, December 08, 2017 08:47:44
    Hello all!

    Is there a setting to toggle off netmail reporting by FastEcho? I prefer just reviewing the log over receiving mail.

    Regards,

    Joe

    Right where you wouldn't expect it in the manual, Joe. Page 144...

    -----8<-----C-U-T--H-E-R-E----->8-----
    8.7.17 - NOERREP flag

    FastEcho has the ability to report to the sysop several errors
    occourred while it processes mail. By Default the report is
    automatically generated and addressed to the SysOp in a NetMail message
    but you can disable this feature with the NOERREP flag.

    I'm happy to still get them, even after 25 years. :-D

    Cheers,
    Paul.

    Apologies if you got a response to this one already, but, if not...

    What are you referring to when you talk about netmail reporting by FE?

    as do i when i read netmail on the main system... it gives me an easy ability to reply to the remote's areafix and turn (back) off unwanted areas... but, the
    OP was asking about disabling them because they prefer to root around in the log files and find the information there...
