uWait32 -- This is intended as a quasi- clone of the wcWait utility that ships with Wildcat! 4.x. The difference is that this is a Win32 console app, and it handles the CPU nicely instead of grabbing 100% of the CPU's attention. This does not replicate all of the Wildcat!-specific functions regarding node status, but it will wait a given number of seconds or wait until a given time using the same syntax for those as wcWait. Not exactly a drop-in fix, due to the node-oriented parameters that this does not handle, but it's pretty close!
